- Medical German Online is an online language school specifically designed to help non-German doctors prepare for the coming language exams needed to practice in Germany. Our concern is to prepare the doctors in a well-structured manner for everyday clinical work too and for the upcoming correct medical communication, both for the medical language exam and for the necessary integration within the German health system.
Our courses are taught by German doctors who have the experience and knowledge of the current German medical system.

Regulations were introduced by the German Medical Council in Summer 2015 which make it mandatory for all medical professionals to be able to provide proof of having passed the language exam in order to be able to practice in Germany.

I have been a doctor in Germany for 14 years specialized in the large field of anesthesiology. In the beginning of my career I worked in the surgical department in Switzerland and Germany and received valuable medical experience in this area. As my career moved forward, I moved into intensive medicine, emergency care and pain therapy. I worked for a long time in a large accident hospital and in a hospital for maximum care in Hessen as well as spent some time volunteering in Tanzania. I have seen, experienced, treated, and cured most of what its needed to be seen, and experienced on the way to becoming a health professional. I was always very interested in the medical constructs of the other countries. Since the beginning of the enormous migration to Germany due to wars, environmental influences and political backgrounds, I have started teaching medical German and terminology. I have given lessons for different language schools over the past few year as well have contributed plans for further improvements to current testing methods. I have been a lecturer and examiner for B2-C1 medical terminology since 2014. I believe it is very important to give doctors good professional support to ensure that both the linguistic and the medical competence for integration in German medical system will work well. Ich bin seit 14 Jahren Ärztin in Deutschland und habe mich auf das große Gebiet der Anästhesiologie spezialisiert. Zu Beginn meiner Karriere arbeitete ich in der chirurgischen Abteilung in der Schweiz und in Deutschland und sammelte wertvolle medizinische Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich. Im Laufe meiner Karriere wechselte ich in die Intensivmedizin, Notfallversorgung und Schmerztherapie. Ich habe lange Zeit in einem großen Unfallkrankenhaus und in einem Krankenhaus für maximale Versorgung in Hessen und einige Zeit ehrenamtlich in Tansania gearbeitet. Ich habe das meiste gesehen, erlebt, behandelt und geheilt, was gesehen und auf dem Weg zum Gesundheitsexperten erlebt werden musste. Ich war immer sehr interessiert an den medizinischen Konstrukten der anderen Länder. Seit Beginn der enormen Migration nach Deutschland aufgrund von Kriegen, Umwelteinflüssen und politischen Hintergründen unterrichte ich medizinisches Deutsch und Terminologie. Ich habe in den letzten Jahren Unterricht für verschiedene Sprachschulen gegeben und Pläne für weitere Verbesserungen der aktuellen Testmethoden beigesteuert. Seit 2014 bin ich Dozent und Prüfer für die medizinische Terminologie B2-C1. Ich glaube, es ist sehr wichtig, Ärzten eine gute professionelle Unterstützung zu geben, um sicherzustellen, dass sowohl die sprachliche als auch die medizinische Kompetenz für die Integration in das deutsche medizinische System gut funktionieren.
